个人简介:
高安明,1987年生,工学博士,2018年于美国伊利诺伊大学厄巴纳-香槟分校(UIUC)获得电子与计算机工程博士学位。现受聘为304永利集团官网入口304永利集团官网入口A类兼职教授, 从事射频压电谐振器及滤波器的教学与科研工作。
研究方向:
射频微机电谐振器和滤波器、射频微机电传感器和微系统、微机械加工工艺等。
