个人简介:
张祥,男,理学博士,硕士生导师。2016年6月本科毕业于吉林大学电子科学与技术专业,获工学学士学位;2021年6月博士毕业于吉林大学电子学院/集成光电子学国家重点实验室,获理学博士学位;2019年9月至2020年9月获国家留学基金委资助赴美国维克森林大学纳米技术与分子材料中心联合培养,师从David L. Carroll教授。2021年9月至今,获聘304永利集团官网入口304永利集团官网入口教师。近年来,在Appl. Phys. Lett.,IEEE Trans. Electron Device,ACS Photonics等期刊发表SCI论文20余篇,先后主持国家自然科学基金和安徽省自然科学基金各1项。
研究方向:
实验室全新搭建了光电器件制备系统(包含真空镀膜机&手套箱等)和光电器件测试系统(包含光学平台&亮度计&光谱仪等),目前均已正常投入使用:
(1)有机电致发光器件及其物理:面向显示和照明应用,开展OLED光物理过程和载流子动力学过程的研究。
(2)光电探测器及其集成系统:面向高性能和集成化需求,开展新型光电探测器及其光电集成系统的研究。
