个人简介:
中国科学技术大学博士,University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign访问学者,入职304永利集团官网入口304永利集团官网入口,2014年12月获评教授。近年来主要从事高性能光电探测器件与光电集成方面的研究工作,在IEEE Electron Dev. Lett.,IEEE Trans. Electron Dev.,Appl. Phys. Lett.,Small,J. Phys. Chem. Lett.等国际知名学术期刊和中国科学:化学、中国科学:材料等国内著名学术期刊发表学术论文80余篇(其中第一作者或通讯作者论文30篇)。以第一申请人身份申请中国发明专利20余项(已获授权10项)。已指导毕业研究生21名,其中4人获得研究生国家奖学金。
